Looking for opinions

Hi all. As some of you may know, I've taken to instructing the front ensemble for a band I work for (on top of the winds.) I don't know if this is the right place for this post and I'm sure that it will be moved if it's the wrong forum. My question is has anybody bought the book Up Front by Jim Casella and Jim Ancona? (This is off of Tapspace.com) I've been toying around with buying it because it looks good. (They have a lot of sample pages from each section of the book.) Those who have checked it out, what are your thoughts on it? Is it a worth while book for an instructing to use as a resource? Being that my percussion experience is from Percussion Master class from college (about 10 years ago) I thought I should get a few opinions from the pro's here on this site. Thanks in advance for your replies. Bill

I had read the 2 reviews before I posted. Of course they are from 2 years ago when it first came out. I was hoping that maybe others who have used it more recently had something to say about it. (Even though I already ordered it;I was just looking for more opinions..Sometimes topics are forgotten about and people just forget to post reviews until asked about the product.)Sorry if I appeared to break any site rules. I've never read it, but I've looked through it many of times and have to say it really covers everything. It's a huge, valuable resource for instructors. If there's something that Ancona left out...you probably wouldn't need to know it anyways
