This is sort of a wasted post, but I just want to thank the Moderators and Members of DLO for their vigilance about staying on-topic in a thread. I just got done reading through over 100 posts on a thread on another board that had NOTHING to do with the topic, ARGHHHHHH. So thanks

Yes, I must agree. It's nice to come here and read what I want, when I want. The complete opposite of most of the threads at ultimate-guitar.com, which are 20 page flame wars.

I agree generally, but sometimes it is interesting to see where things can wander to. Like one time in my history class we started talking about gold in the middle ages and ended up on hackers, or the time we started on drugs in the Maya, Inca, and Aztec empires and ended on STDs, after passing through the ACT and also torture, among other topics. It was a very good way to get our teacher distracted so he forgot to assign homework or forgot to take it up.

I agree with all my heart and will defend this flag until my last breath so help me God. Punish me as you will, this is a stand I must take.

I have to add my thanks to the staff and moderators as well. I would also like to thank them for enforcing the spelling and punctuation rules. This is definitely one of the most easy to use and informative forums out there and it's their hard work that makes it so.
Thanks guys and gals!

I do have to say, I'm pretty new to the site and I'm pretty impressed on how well the site is moderated. I've made a couple of mistakes but I'm starting to catch on to things.
