Does anyone have any suggestions as to which warmups and/or exercises can help develop doubles/double stroke roll on bass? If so, could you possibly provide some subdivisons?

To get stong double out of a bass, I've used inverted rolls. It's an excercise that emphazizes the second beat of a double stroke rolls. It really helps to pull the sound out of the bass so you can have meaty rolls.
