Anonymous Unregistered	I think doing just heel looks funny when your feet are in a V, so I do full foot then. If the feet are together, then the heel looks nice.

That's why on the and of four your left foot comes off the ground into a parallel track followed by the right foot doing the same on the next beat. Then on the final two beats the right foot comes off the ground back to the 45 degree followed by the left on the cut-off. Skittle Registered: 02/09/07 Loc: Missouri	Personal preference for me...just the heel. Although, using the whole foot can be useful when trying a hard rhythm, giving you a better feel of where the beat lies. Just this year we also had to change from toes together to toes apart in V formation.
