I am utterly shocked this isn't in here, maybe it's so common noone thought to add it:
Elevator Drill -- The BD, in a fit of unimaginativity (tm) decides the drum line will simply move up and down the 50 yard line, possibly changing formation slightly, here and there. This may be for one song or the whole friggin' show. Sometimes done in an effort to get the outermost horns (who can't be bothered to look at the field commander(s), of course) to actually play in time with the rest of the band via a centrally located rhythm source.
Turtle Mode -- similar in reference to the previously listed "turtle"; wearing your drum on your back, usually for long walk to wherever your going to be playing. "OK, guys -- turtle mode."
Weeble Wobble -- bass drummer who can't get the hang of marching sideways and so teeters rather noticeably back and forth (i.e. like a Weeble -- "weebles wobble, but they won't fall down")
Toby (toe bee) -- drummer who constantly adds "visual flourishes" to his strokes, e.g. whipping the bass drum mallets in quick little circles for every stroke instead of a normal up-down stroke, flicks his wrists up in exaggerated-moeller-style for every accent, etc. Usually causes the individual to screw up the part. "Dammit, Toby, stop waving your sticks around and just play!"
