Does anyone know any websites with completly ridiculous and impossible rudiments listed? I have a loooong bus ride from PA to denver (DCI finals baby woohooo) and I want to keep my real-feel and sticks busy. thanks

There are no hard rudiments. Only hard tempos.

That is the greatest quote I've ever heard. Who made that up?

I would agree with that. Rudiments are really a thing of the past. Half of the stuff I play I didnt know it had a rudimental name. Flamagrandmadiddlefetacheeseemacue

Knowing rudiments will always be useful, and never be a thing of the past. Some rudiments are useless, but the majority were listed so when that pattern came up it would be as simple as playing it like everything else. If it weren't for rudiments when you saw PDD's you'd pee in your pants, but you've practiced them so you've got nothing to worry about them. It's why winds do scales too.
