Call up the local Yamaha/ Pearl/ Ludwig rep and ask.

Just get some moving blankets then. I would think that you would be able to order covers through the Yamaha/ Pearl, etc. catalogs though?

As Divalish pointed out, get the movers blankets. You should contact a Uhaul or other moving company in your area and see how much they cost. I don't think they are that expensive. One word of advice on those, get the lighter colored ones as they won't absorb as much heat and transfer it to the keys.
The movers blankets are better than anything besides cases just because they have some padding on them and they are extremely durable.

Well, the only differences between the three are this:
Economy: 15 oz filler/yard Standard: 36 oz filler/yard Premium: 38 oz filler/yard
Whatever that means.

Nice idea...in theory. However, my personal opinion is that no matter how professional the covers look, it's not going to look very professional when you have to practically lay on the instruments so that the wind doesn't blow the covers away. And yes, the "real" Yamaha keyboard covers blow away VERY easily. We tried doing that for indoor while in the parking lots, and the covers ended up flying away anyway.

What looks unprofessional about moving blankets? If you get the same ones for your entire group, they'll look the same. Most of the corps use the packing blankets and I don't think they look unprofessional.
Besides, isn't it about how well your pit plays as opposed to how they look?
