I'm currently in the market for buying a set of tenors and a harness. I found a good set of tenors on the product review page, but I still am looking for a good harness to use. Does anyone know where I can buy a good harness, and how much it'd cost? I don't really care if it's Pearl or Yamaha or whatever, I just need a harness. (I'm looking at Pearl Championship drums and Yamaha quints right now.)

Typically, harnesses run in the mid $200 range. Sometimes you can get a slightly better deal if you buy the harness and drum in a package deal.

As for places to buy them, take a look in the Links section under Commercial / Equipment. I recommend Columbus Percussion, as they have given me great customer service, even when I wasn't actually purchasing anything.

The problem with e-Bay is that the specific item may not be up all of the time, nor is the price constant, as with an established store.

Why do you want a harness? Are you planning to use these for marching purposes or at home. If you buy it for home use why do you want a harness, just get a stand.

It'd be better for me if I could use the tenors with a harness, it just helps me to adjust to it better.
