We have booth and winter percussion group and a winter colorguard. Each group has two teams, an advanced team that competes in our local circuit as well as WGI Regionals on the west coast and WGI Championships as often as we can, while the younger lines just do our local circuit.

It was like magic. Today my band director said that we were going to start a indoor line. The moment he said that, I immediately thought about me posting about us not having one. So now I can say that my school will have a indoor drumline. It is going to be awesome. I think this is going to be the first year ever at my school. I can't wait. I hope he will follow up on what he said. If he doesn't, I will go Texas Chainsaw Massacre on him. lol

my school is gonna have one this year for the first time. i'm in indianapolis...alot a lot of competition around here. we're gonna do good in class A hopefully. tear some boys up with our funk piece.

We've had one [Indoor Drumline] for three years. Our first year we won at TCGC (Texas Colorguard Circuit) Championship and notched Third for the last two years. I really what to make a run for State Champions again this year...

We only have marching band in the fall throughout the football season. Our school is only like 5 or 4 years old and we do not have a winter drumline or an indoor drumline.

We have had an indoor drumline and colorguard for three years. When our band director came to our school, she started the winter programs.

Our school has always had a wintergaurd. For the past couple of years, when the line sucked because all everyone did was get drunk, they didnt have a winterline, and we didnt have one last year for my first year. This year, since we actually care about drumming, we might have a winterline, since concert percussion isnt nearly as fun.

I'm starting a winterline/winterguard for my Senior Exit Project. Our school has never had one before, but I think that it might catch on and happen every year.

our winterline just got approved by our director!!!! sorry if this is like a double post, but it has to deal with the topic. Yeah, but our band director just let us know that we can have a winterline. I dont know if we can go to any competitions, but at least we have something to keep us alive during boring concert season! LOL

Not yet, but i think our percusison instructor is going to write us a show. He was telling me about some Row Loff shows that he was looking at, but said he would much rather just write one for us. It would be alot a lot cooler anyway to have an original show, and we could add all the visuals that we wanted to, or change it up.
