I am not too sure about the placements of the rubber. It seems like to play them you would have to change that philosphy of trying to play in a straight line on the tenors. Drum 1 and Drum 2 look as of they are in the right place, but as for the bottom two drums, they seem a little bit too angled. As for looks, I think it looks great.

My god that pad would do horrors to my technique. Haha i don't even wanna look at it, it makes me cringe. Not saying thats it's bad though, whatever suits you.
