You're half right. It technically shouldn't be Ocho Cinco, that's just 8 and 5. Ochenta y cinco is 85.
You're wrong at the second digit. 85 not 86. 6= seis. 5= cinco.

Ochenta is right. But you got his number wrong anyways, His number is 85, not 86 as your post shows.
But yes, absolutely that is right to show the correct value of the number (eighty five, not eight,five)... but its cool and "street" to take things out of their true meaning and pronounce them wrong.
Its not Fifty Cents. Its Fitty Cent. When asking for information, you don't say "Give me the four-hundred and eleven." You say "give me the four one one"
But still, it DOES conflict with C.J.'s own speech. He calls himself in the thirdperson as "Eighty five" on occasion. That isn't consistent with "Ocho Cinco".

Yea, I think he meant on purpose to translate it to ocho cinco. When said in english, its going to be said "eight five". Now isn't that so much cooler then "eighty-five". *sarcasm*

Must be hard to row a douche canoe that big all alone.
This is why I am not a big sports fan. Too much bla bla bla. Just play...no talking just play. This may be why i like rugby and soccer more than traditional American sports.

This may be why i like rugby and soccer more than traditional American sports. I'd have to say this is one reason I'm a fan of soccer, too. Speaking of athletes and weird name changes, UFC fighter Jon Koppenhaver legally changed his legal name to his nickname, War Machine. Read his blog post detailing why he did it here (profanity lies ahead).

Too much bla bla bla. Just play...no talking just play. This may be why i like rugby and soccer more than traditional American sports. But it seems that a number of European and Latin American soccer stars have the same primadonna tendencies as American football players. Whatever the sport, I find all the jawing annoying, too. Just play the damn game. Rugby players have the right idea. Hockey's still pretty good, too.

That is EXACTLY why I quit football. I like the game, but the extra things that come with it are terrible.
