If you weren't aware I'm a new member here on DLO. Anyways 4 weeks ago I broke both the bones in my left arm. Long story short they set my bones in the hospital and 3 weeks later the bones came apart. This being said last Friday I had to have surgery. Which s, but I'm less than a week away from starting physical therapy and getting back to drumming. Anyways I just found this out today I'm totally stoked.

Good luck with the rehab. Sounds like some serious bone breakage.

Amazing story. I would love to hear how you broke your arm that bad, though! Anyway, good luck with rehab, drumming, and welcome to the forum!

Ok, so I aggressive inline skate. I know most of you probably haven't heard of it and thats alright (i'll post a link of me skating at the bottom). Anyways, I was skating a box that looks a little something like this...
I was coming up the right side of it backwards(or fakie), spinning 270 deg. and landing in a grind on the box. (Black part is the ramp and the grey thing is the box.) Anyways I had been doing things like this all night so it wasn't that big of a deal to me. I tried it, my back foot slipped out of my grind, and I ended up on the ground. At first, I didn't know my arm was broken and I was pretty excited to try again. Then however, I looked down, saw my arm was crooked, held it up in the air towards my brother, and screamed, "Oh my God!"

Now to clear up any questions, no I did not have any bone come through my skin. Also when I say my arm was crooked, I'm talking about my arm looking like the parentheses on the zero button. I do have pictures of it on my brothers phone, however, I can't get the off of there because his plan doesn't include picture messaging.

Thats about all the story I have to tell, if you have any more questions though you can go ahead and ask me.

I'm not a skater but your video was pretty impressive to me. As a matter of fact I tried skating once, and ended up with a hairline fracture in my wrist, and the doctor had me in a cast for 6 weeks.

Too bad that you got injured, I hope things work out for you in the end.
