I have to say Phantom's are purely kick-butt. But Madison isn't far behind, they have a pretty sweet design too! Simple, yet sweet. Other opinions?

I would have to agree phantoms are pretty cool. Phantom has always had the best uniforms in my opinion.

Well of course, Phantom has an amazing band uniform, Why not make phantoms drum major uniform equally as amazing. I love how phantom has nothing really special in the way of uniforms either, White with a black sash and gauntlets, Full black on the Drum major, but it looks so amazing.

I've got a soft spot for the cadets uniform too. But I do think thats one of the uniforms that looks better on a guys body. Not trying to sound like a prick, But In my opinion the uniform looks better with broader shoulders and chest.

Phantom's DMs look pretty friggin amazing this year with their capes - purple on the 2 backfields and red on the lead.

Haha..and one thing about the Crossmen drum major uniforms - the sewing ladies make sure they FIT. I know quite a few people who have to go commando in those uniforms. No lines.

I'm lovin' the Troopers DM uniform. He looks like a total B.A in it.

But yeah, Phantom's DM uniforms look pretty sharp this year, with the gold accents. Very cool. Not to mention the backfield conductor has a knife.

heh...yeah that what i hate about high school...in DCI they tailor the uniforms throught the season so theyre always fit to you. in band once i lose weight then my uniform looks like a mess

The oppisite would be the new cadet cream and yellow combo (who thought that was a good idea?)

And Cadets uniform is comprised of the colors of swiss and american cheeses.

On Topic - I had to laugh at the facial expressions of all the other drum majors marching behind Troop's drum major to the awards presentations. If you've seen it, you understand what I mean.

On Topic - There's a really good reason why he walks so slow. It's because back in the day, the drum majors would walk through the ranks and inspect every single uniform of the members. The DM that got to the side lines last usually won. So it's kind of like a small victory every single night during awards for us to keep that tradition. Plus it's dang sweet to see & hear everyone's reaction to the drum major walk. It's amazing.

Off topic - Yeah, I know Kirby. Take a look at his Dinkles. I signed the inside of the left one, I think. It's worth millions now.

Back on topic because I know better - If Troop ever has a female drum major, the uniform would be crazy awesome. They'd probably pull the Black dog look from way back when.

Kirby said that they have had a female drum major once, though he didn't go into detail about the uni, he said it included a skirt.

Either way they should do the black b-word (I'm underage ) look again. Things like that never get old.

They've only had one before in like the 70s or something. And yeah, it includes a skirt and knee-high black boots. It'd be awesome.
