Div 1 corps fly through heads. One of my friends who was in spartans said they got the equivalent of a new set of heads each week. Most high schools don't have that kind of money to afford to crank heads that high and keep them there. Not to mention most high schools would end up breaking the heads just trying to tune them that high.
