Well, I know I say this a lot, but YouTube videos do not value much of an opinion. But I saw both of their shows on YouTube, I have them on my Ipod. They're very even, but Crown has more "moments" then the Cadets, if you know what I mean. There's a lot more percussion involvement with Crown too. I think they'll expand their lead and move onto working on BD in a week or so. I don't know, just wait for San Antonio...

I saw both Crown and Cadets back at the Chesapeake, VA show. Crown's drumline was dirty as sin at that one. Well, maybe not THAT bad, but their exposed parts were nowhere close to being clean. Crown's writing has them in a good position to gain a lot of points in that caption with some cleaning and dynamics.

Don't forget Crossmen. They were 16th last year and now are soundly defeating Colts (10th last year) and Spirit (12th last year).

Yeah, Xmen are my 'hometown' corps and I was really getting down about their numbers until they started this surge. Fingers crossed they'll be in finals!

I'm impressed with Crossmen, definitely. But I keep hearing great things about the Glassmen, too. They were pretty tight in the beginning, but now, according to the rankings of DCI, they've spaced out a little. Crossmen are 13th right now. Last year, about this time, they were 17th, so they're obviously making progress.

I liked Crossmen, but I still am loving what Crown is doing this year, they got 4th in Atlanta, and when they announced it everyone booed because they thought they were to low. They had a GREAT show that night.

i agree as much as i love cadets more than anything theyre not doin hot this year...the overall concept is just wasnt thought out all the way. any they barely play elegy i think if they did the whole song instead of pieces they would have scored higher especially in ge. cadets suprised my this year with how poor theyre doing

Biggest surprise of the year is the CT Hurricanes. Congrats to them for coming out smoking this year and beating some of DCA's elite. I'd love to see them take it all.
