I have a workout of all body weight resistance exercises (push-ups, crunches, lunges and squats and stuff) and after doing it I feel really sick for the next hour.
When I do squats and lunges my knees make a cracking sound, like I'm cracking my knuckles but not once at the beggining but over and over each repetition, this happens (to a much lesser degree) in my elbows doing push-ups too.
In about every exercise after while the limbs which are being worked out begin to tremble like crazy.
I wondering if I should be exercising at all. Is my body telling me I'm doing something wrong or are these things normal?
