i used my bell kit stand it didn't work. (then again it's Pearl, not Vic Firth) I would imagine the pad would shake a lot on a bell/snare stand.

that's strange it works for me and it only shakes when you play a lot on 3 and 4

also, if you were in percussion in middle school the bell kit stand works pretty well I DID THE SAME THING!!!! i have the heavy hitter pad also, buy some innovative percussion fs-2t the t stands for tenor works great on tenor pads and also on the drums

I LOVE THE QUADROPAD!!! It's perfect...best simulation to a real drum One con: with the laminates on, it makes the pad about 75 percent harder than normally. I actually broke a stick on it just by playing a mezzo-forte...

I have a quick question...
If I were to take off the laminates, what would be the advantages of it??
Not going to do it yet, just wondering; just give me a list of pros and cons of the laminates....
