It can be used with Sibelius 3, but there isn't a template created for it. I don't even have Sib 3 on my machine even more so I can't create a template. You'd have to make your own.

Have you checked the Sibelius forums? I noticed that you asked on the Tapspace forums as well. Your best bet for an answer is going to be on the Sibelius forums.

No I havent because its in a kontakt box so its not a sibelius issue. It happens when sibelius is tring to load the kontakt patches so I figured its a vdl problem thats why I posted it on tape space forum. Could be wrong, but I really need help. So if you can will please help me.

Have you changed anything recently on your machine that could be causing this? Are you using the full version of VDL 2.5 or are you using the VDL 2.5 that comes with Sibelius 5?

The full version and the change that I made was vdl was loading up twice when sib. started and when the score opened up so I went on the tapspace forum and saw what I needed to do. I did the reset multies and since then ive had the problem.

In Sibelius, pull up the Playback Devices and set the default setting to not have any instruments.

Then, in the preferences window, click on Playback. The first item will be "Default Playback Configuration." Put a check in that box and set it to "Default."

Now, each time you start up Sibelius, it will load up the Default playback configuration which has no instruments in it. When you open a score, it'll ask if you want to switch to that configuration. Click yes and you're golden.

Ha Bill thanks so, so, so, so much that did it and I dont get the error message anymore. So thanks for your help. One more thing is there any way to notate playing a drum to drum. I have some parts were the snare drums are playing on another players drum so how would I put that on sib. and vdl.

There are a couple of ways to do it. The easiest way would be to use an articulation to notate such moves. The other way is notate it with text. Or you can create a playback staff and a print staff. On the print staff, you can change the noteheads.
