has anyone seen the blue devils promark pad in real life yet? i've seen some small pics of them but i wanna know if they're any good cause im looking for a decent sized snare pad. using my tenor pad is a pain at times..

I saw one at finals, it has a snare sound in it, which is more realistic then most snare pads but still useless. it has a hard top that i think is pre-laminated. in my opinion get a slim pad or stock pad, it's not worth the money for a bd pad.

they got a pic of the bd snares on it, it looks cool if you like to look at pics of bd snare i guess.

Hmm maybe im a little bit late on this but, I got to try out the system blue sticks before they came out on sale to the public. My percussion director got a free pair of the System Blue snare sticks. I think their great. ^_^

sorry for double post cause i cant edit it, but i just got a pair of the TS8's and i really like them. more beefier than the vegas and i think i play much better with the beefiness. i definitely recommend it if you like beefy tenor mallets.
