Latin Lover is in 4/4 at roughly 120 BPM, so I can see how it could be called a cadence, but it doesn't quite fit the profile. It would also seem that the new ending for 2007—going into mixed meter, and putting the release on the "e" of beat 1—is Brian Perez's way of saying "No, it's not."
It's in 4 Spice Mon Spyder (or Spider? The one JMU plays... and just about everyone else) Electric Wheelchair Cadets Street Time (the late 90's version, when it was not so much a ram)
