I've got few good ones. One day during rehearsals, one of the snare players decided to tilt the captains drum to demonstrate playing traditional. When he tried to tilt it, he dropped the drum and broke the bottom head.lol. The captain was so pissed. Couple months later, (same kid) tried to run around with his snare on, and he fell pretty hard and the snare got pretty effed up. Our BD started giving us speeches about taking care of our instruments because of him.

In 2004 the high school I went to had some prototype premiere drums/carriers. The welds on the j bar broke on 4 of them the year we got them during indoor season. You could have bent these j bars by hand if you tried hard enough.

ive never seen that before. but last year our drumline got into a tangle when one of the snares tripped, and a bass and snare fall from him. One of the snare ended up rolling off and hitting a tuba playing and he fall. Yeah, it was a mess. And it was with our brand New Yamaha drums. If i can find the vid. ill post it.

that truly..is epic.
can't say much my self.
marching in at the homecoming game my freshman year..well you guys know how hard it is to see over basses..especially the big ones..and well i didn't see an object in my path and tripped over it. if it wasn't for the fact that the guy behind me had quick reflexes and stopped rather than going on and falling over me.. im sure a good portion of the entire band would've fallen.

so a few a years back our bass 2 fell into the cart that we hold our speakers in to transport them. he fell on his back and well he was like a turtle. he couldnt move and when he managed to roll over the cart was stuck on his back.

Lol, it's funny last the same thing about falling happened to a snare player, and I occasionally make fun of him by running around (tenor player here by the way).
