I've noticed that the Cadets do this interesting u-turn thing, the drumline doesn't, it'd be painful. If you don't know what I'm talking about I can't really describe it, you'd have to watch a vid of their show. On Youtube maybe? Anyway, they do it on moves which quickly reverse in direction.

This might be an obvious thing for you but my band does this thing called a freeze count when we reverse directions. I like this U-turn thing better. Do you know what I'm talking about?

Their U-turn is part of a tradition. It's always in the show somewhere. It has something to do with Garfield, too. I had it all explained a few days ago, but I forgot. I'll ask & reply if no one does before I get to it.
