thanks for the replys in advance...
I think the only advantage stick tape has over electrical tape is that it won't get slippery when your hands start to get sweaty and whatnot. So I guess it can improve your grip on the stick as well. I've never really tried it myself, but that much I know.

the whole stick, there's a trick for no slip, roll the stick on the ground where i'ts really gritty...
