Damn I wish I could show you what I have come up with on a video or some [censored] but I don't have one oh well, I can't explain it anyway but a good one is when you finish the thing go back to set and bring the closer stick up so you have an "L" like shape and then turn your wrist up and then turn it like your knocking on a door and catch the butt end in traditional, sounds weird, I know.

My fav snare vis. is this:
right tap, left backstick, right tap, left tap (right stick flip with the tap), left tap and catch right stick (should be a backstick now) left tap, repeat.
Not as hard as it sounds, it works really well as a crescendo. ENJOY!!!!!!!!!
