What do you guys do about those little drumming pains you get for a few days or so but that go away... Not sore muscles, but just little pains that hinder your playing. I'm afraid that they'll come back when I eventually march DCI. Is there any way to stop these problems before they really become problems?

Sorry if this post doesn't make sense, I'm tired >_<

I don't really understand. It sounds like you have something wrong with your technique because usually pains quite after you've drum for so long.
