yes, I'm back again with more problems.
After solving the bass line problems, I'm moving on to the cymbal line. There are two freshman(who we'll refer to as A & B) and a senior(c). Well, Cymbal B & C get along really well with the rest of the drumline. If they do something wrong, they're eager to fix it. Cymbal A seems to think he is always right. One of the tenors (a junior nad the section leader)keeps asking him to do different things and the kid basically tells him to go to H*ll. Cymbal A never pays attention during rehearsals, saying, and I quote, "It's just practice. Not like it's a real show or anything" Before one of our competitions two weeks ago, Cymbal A started a fist fight with Cymbal B. A trombone player and myself had to pull them apart. Not even twenty minutes later, Cymbal A walked over to the Bass 2 and myself, and told her she better just shut her D@mn mouth. We weren't even talking about him! He was about 8 inches from her face the whole time, and I was pretty sure he wanted to start a fight with her too. We've told our senior drum major, and the band director about Cymbal A multiple times, but nothing ever gets done. Our line will not survive the rest of the year, if things continue the way they are now. Any good advice out there??
