I go to a pretty spirited school it seems. Almost everyone in town goes to the rival game (our rival is in the same town just on the other side). The entire band loves the football team, and i guess they like us. Most people respect us, except for those occaisional groups of idiots who do make fun of us.

The drumline is really liked by everyone though. We get to do performances during pep rallies. Sadly everyone likes us more than the rest of the band.

Overall we are liked.

My school loves us :P this year people started cheering for us at football games (o.0) unfortunately we don't have a new cadence yet this year so they're cheering for my annoying taps (tapping on tenors that haven't been tuned since the end of last season sucks)

nobody hates on us really, only ignorant freshman; and there aren't too many that are that stupid. the rest of the school knows it's hard as hell and they respect us.

...does anybody else find it awkward when the cheerleaders are right next to you while you're standing still moving into the arc cheering for you and you have to keep an intense face?
